Orders within the United States

Given the prevalence of the immediate need of individuals for the TongueGym™ by Liper™, we offer FREE THREE–Working-Days^* Shipping (to one address) on orders of 1 item within the United States.

For quantity^** orders (for professionals) we offer FREE 4–9 working days shipping (to one address) on orders within the United States.

For quantity^** orders up to THREE-Working-Days Shipping you can find the rates while filling the order form.

International Orders

For international 1 item orders we offer FREE 7–14 working days shipping (to one address).

For international quantity orders and for THREE-working-Days Shipping you can find the rates while filling the order form (to one address).

^*/** Most orders placed Monday to Friday before 3pm ET are shipped on the same business day. Shipping processes will not be handled on Saturday, Sunday, or National Holidays. Orders received over the weekend, National Holidays, or Friday after 3pm ET will be shipped promptly on the next business day.

Tracking Information

We will email you a tracking number when your package ships from our warehouse.

Some circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery

• Credit card payment issue
• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Orders held because items are out of stock. On infrequent occasions, we may be out of stock in your region’s warehouse. In this case your order may take longer as we await product or ship from an alternate warehouse if available. We will contact you if this happens.

In case your product(s) is not delivered due to an incorrect or invalid address, we will not be able to process any claims. However, we will notify you if it is returned to us.

Liper™ Return Policy

As a part of our money back guarantee, Liper™ (by Meltser Sky LTD) will provide full reimbursement for paid cost (up to $28.95) of one TongueGym™. Simply contact our customer support at main@liper-device.com within 14 days of purchase/invoice to start the return process (certain protected groups may be eligible for longer return periods).

• Please clearly mention your order number and our customer support team will guide you on the process.
• To be eligible for return, products must be in the exact condition you received them in. All packaging material must be undamaged and unused.
• Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we will not be able to replace or refund unwanted items if they have been opened or any seals are broken.
• The refund will be deducted certain amounts to account for import duties or the cost of delivery or return postage, subject to applicable law.
• If your refund is approved, then it will automatically be credited to the original method of payment.
• Liper™ (Meltser Sky LTD) reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice to users.
